The “Belka” drawing brushes of “Nevskaya Palitra” are made of fine and soft climbing hairs, covered in a nickel-plated ring and attached to a wooden handle. They have a circular shape and have great flexibility, allowing them to easily form a sharp tip for detailed and subtle touches. In addition to thin outlines, round brushes are also used to apply thick strips of paint through their side surfaces. Their soft structure makes them ideal for use with water-based paints, for applying dry pigments and for makeup.
In order to prolong the life of the brushes, they should be cleaned after work and allowed to dry with the hair down.
